Beijing, September 1, 2026 — Deep Exploration (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Deep Exploration") held an in-person cooperation meeting with oil trading clients from Ivory Coast. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on the joint development of oil and gas blocks in Ivory Coast and aligned on the direction of cooperation for the next stage.
At the meeting, Dr. Lei Ming, Chairman of Deep Exploration, first introduced the company's profile and its multiple petroleum exploration projects already implemented and delivered in Africa, demonstrating the company's technical strength and project execution capabilities in AI-assisted oil and gas detection. The Ivory Coast clients expressed their recognition of Deep Exploration's technical achievements and their willingness to deepen cooperation.

After full consultation, the meeting established two core cooperation arrangements:
- The two sides plan to negotiate and sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), laying an institutional framework for long-term cooperation;
- The Ivory Coast clients will provide Deep Exploration with one to two oil and gas blocks to launch pilot projects first, gradually expanding the scope of cooperation based on pilot validation.

This meeting marks a substantive step in Deep Exploration's expansion into the West African oil and gas market. As MOU negotiations and the pilot projects progress, the company's AI exploration technology will be tested in practice in Ivory Coast's oil and gas development, injecting new momentum into China-Africa energy cooperation.
